at the United Reformed Church, on the
corner of Tetherdown and Queens Ave.

Wave Hub happens every Thursday.
We are open on Thursdays from 10am to 5pm.

From the 10th of September we will be trialing opening Wave on Wednesdays.
We will be open on Wednesdays from 9am to 3pm.

We are a social enterprise, registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, run by and for local people, bringing people with and without learning disabilities together to build a truly inclusive community

We are excited to announce that starting on the 10th of September, Wave Hub will be open on Wednesdays as well as Thursdays.
​​
Adding an extra day gives us more space to connect, take part in activities together and expand our inclusive, welcoming community that makes Wave so special.
​
On Wednesdays you can join in with fitness classes, art classes and walks just like on Thursdays, but we will also be introducing a brand new book club!
​

Would you like to run the LLHM for Wave Hub?

For the past two years, two teams of incredible runners have taken on the LLHM for raise vital funds and awareness for Wave Hub.
​
Both events were a huge success, so we are excited to say that we are back again, and would love for you to take part!
​

Previous teams have consisted of seasoned runners, and people completely new to running. So if you are interested, regardless of your running experience, we would love to hear from you and have you on the team!
